Refund and Returns Policy

At HimFarms, we are committed to providing you with the purest, highest-quality products from the Himalayas. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns Window

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, some items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food products (e.g., honey, spices, teas, chutneys) are non-returnable.

Additional non-returnable items include:

Gift cards
Health and wellness products such as Shilajit Resin.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but in the rare event that an item is broken during transit or there are logistics issues, we offer a replacement. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Partial Refunds: A partial refund may be granted for any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
